TREATS TIME! 🍌Anyone want to jump on the Banana Bread bandwagon but refuse to crawl out of quarantine with an extra twenty pounds packed on? CAUSE SAME. So here’s a v healthy, v easy, sugarfree, no butter and oil banana and zucchini bread recipe, with a #CBD Twist 🌪
RECIPE: 50 ml Honey 3 bananas 200 yogurt 190 g flour 1 egg (or two eggs whites) 1/2 zucchini 1/2 tsp salt 1 full dropper Moxmilk CBD 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Lemon peel to taste Banana chips for decoration
🍌Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
🍌Grate your zucchini finely with a cheese grater and set aside.
🍌Cut your banana in small chunks
🍌Place both banana and zucchini in the oven for about 7-8 minutes. This allows for the extra water to dry up, and for the banana to release that extra caramel flavour. When times is up, mush the banana up to a paste.
🍌Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, salt, lemon peel)
🍌Mix the wet ingredients together (honey, yogurt, egg or two egg whites, moxmilk CBD and vanilla extract), then slowly add to the dry ingredients
🍌Slowly add banana and zucchini to the mix.
🍌Bake the mix in a lightly oiled, non stick tin for 50 minutes, and let cool when done.
🍌Try not eating the whole thing in one seating.
